How Do I Disable IE Without Disabling Cotana?

Customer Question

I am having performance issues with Win 10 after updating from 8.1. My ram is redling and affecting performance.
How do I disable IE without disabling cotana? I've tried to delete IE and associated file but I cannot get permission setting right to run as administrator. My administrator is named administrator/loungeroom PC and it will not run as administrator under this heading so I cannot delete the file assistance.
I would appreciate it.
Thank you
