Did you contact the vendor you purchased it from? How long ago did you purchase it?
I am attempting to accept the Secure Remote Assistance but it states it has failed. Sometimes this can be easily resolved by changing your payment information within the website. I am not in billing and unable to fix it myself but that method has worked before.
Can I see a link from where you purchased it exactly? I understand Amazon, but there are multiple vendors on there.
I know but they have many sellers on there. Do you have a link so I can look at the model of the laptop?

Let me see if there is a restore partition. Sometimes you can have it reinstall from a restore partition and it will add the activation key.
What is the model of the computer?
When the computer turns on, push the left alt button and hold it, then tap the F10 button. This should bring you to the recovery options. This will delete everything on the hard drive and reinstall Windows. Usually Windows has the key built in on newer computer so there may be something wrong with the installation that this will fix.
