Customer Question

hi there! first, i'm a very basic comp user. had vista - bought new comp with windows 10. therein lies the problem.
I have a workbook I need to change to excel. I've tried everything I could get my hands on - lots of reading - nothing is working. it's important to me to get this changed - it's my check register for 2 ckg accts.
its an xlr file, 2016 budget.xlr - I renamed to 2016 budget.xls - to avail
this is one of the messages I get - but it doesn't do anything.
"we found a problem with some content in Budget 2016.xls.xlr do you want us to try to recover as much as we can" - click yes - then nothing happens
sorry this is sooo long - please help

Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Is that workbook file still working on the old computer, if you have?

Can you attach that workbook file here, so I can check?

Can we do a remote support session, so I can troubleshoot the issue directly on your computer together with you?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you,
