To help you with this issue, may I ask:1) What device do you have this answering machine on?
That is: Is this on a phone system, a stand alone answering machine, or some other device?
I see it has been a few days and I just wanted to follow up to see if you have any more questions concerning this issue or if the issue was resolved.
I only ask because MOST units have an "ON/OFF" button that allows turning the system on (or off).
