what happens when you try to download something
and what do you mean by amazon ?
is it a problem downloading anything or only from amazon or only movies ?
so it is only amazon music that is having the problem ?
and can you please give me the exact word for word message ?

you may have to check with your credit card company on why it did not go through
call the number on the back and ask them if they rejected a payment
ok if they say they did not get one than i can get you the number for our customer service who can help. If your card rejected it than you can straighten it out with them
if it still doesnt go through the site might have blocked it because the other one didnt go through
