Expert:  Richard replied 10 months ago.

ok, was there anything else that required saving?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Just my bookmarks and Bookmarks Bar
Expert:  Richard replied 10 months ago.

ok, these are backed up, so we can now do the reinstall.

Can you hold SHIFT and with it held down, click on the windows start button in the bottom left, then click the power icon, then restart still with shift held down.

Keep shift held down until you are taken to a menu.

Then release shift.

Click on Advance, then reset my pc.

Let this complete, choosing to keep your files.

Windows will be reinstalled and the touch screen should then work.

Let me know how you go please.
