I understand. We do not have to discuss this over the phone. I believe you were talking to someone else earlier but they may have went offline I don't believe they've responded recently from just checking.
To minimize costs attempt to just open one post so there is no confusion between who you are speaking with and so you are not charged extra inadvertently. Are you using the computer now to discuss this problem?
