I can't even get the computer to come out of power save mode
Expert:  Martin replied 1 year ago.

So the screen is blank?

Expert:  Martin replied 1 year ago.

Ok, press and hold the Power button on the computer for a full 6 seconds, it should turn off

Expert:  Martin replied 1 year ago.

Once it's off, turn it back on and tell me what happens

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Goes right to power saving mode counts down and goes blank
Expert:  Martin replied 1 year ago.

Doesn't sound like it turned off, press the power button again but this time for 30 seconds

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Same thing
Expert:  Martin replied 1 year ago.

Can you go into any of the options at all?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No
Expert:  Martin replied 1 year ago.

Is it still under warranty?

Power saving mode can happen if the computer isn't detecting the monitor (even though it's all in one it still works this way)
