Ok, press and hold the Power button on the computer for a full 6 seconds, it should turn off
Once it's off, turn it back on and tell me what happens
Doesn't sound like it turned off, press the power button again but this time for 30 seconds
Can you go into any of the options at all?
Is it still under warranty?Power saving mode can happen if the computer isn't detecting the monitor (even though it's all in one it still works this way)
