I cannot sign onto my pc. It has been at least a month since I used it. I am the administrator but I cannot get in. I don't recall having a real manual. Is there a backdoor that I can use to get it and reset the password? I was one of the brave people to download a free copy of Windows 10. This message is by way of cellphone.

Well, I could allow a call for much cheaper than that.

Almost free. the lowest I can make it is $5.

They don't allow calls WITHOUT charging something.....but they do allow remote sessions for free. But if yu cant login to the computer, a remote wont help.

What type of account are you using to login to Windows 10?

There are 2 types of Accounts...LIVE, and LOCAL

Is it a Microsoft LIVE account?

Is it a Win10 LOCAL account?
