Well, I could allow a call for much cheaper than that.
Almost free. the lowest I can make it is $5.
They don't allow calls WITHOUT charging something.....but they do allow remote sessions for free. But if yu cant login to the computer, a remote wont help.
I think I might know what the problem is....but I just need to check a few more things, before I have you try something on that computer.....Please Stand-by

Is it a Microsoft LIVE account?
Is it a Win10 LOCAL account?
