What the Devil is going on. I made a new password ***** the 9th time and it was accepted and now it's not. What the hell am I doing wrong?
Also none of my responses are working, I type them out and they disappear. Eve since you took out 'POST' I do not know how to send or receive

my needs are pretty basic and can be answered easily so why have I been farmed out. It's hard to believe that they don't have their own Tech Support

If you purchased the Surface Pro around Christmas, then you may simply be able to file a warranty claim for the stylus. For this issue, you'll want to go to the website for the Surface Online Service Center, which you can find at the following link:
