My windows 7 vista HP won't start up correctly due to HP servers. Hp users was added wrong then shut down and restarted. The password ***** in wrong password ***** not authorized to use computer. Can changes be made to change authorization for me to use my computer again?

First off, please restart your computer and tap down the F11 key repeatedly at bootup, just as the HP logo comes on.

Does this bring up a HP recovery screen, by any chance?
