This is what you have to do...
1: Login into trend micro account
2: Once you logged in successfully your homepage shows which account renews automatically
3: Near to that you can see a button which specifies "Disable Auto Renewal"
Clicking on it disables auto renewal
Note: If you don't know the Trend Micro Login credentials click below link to reset password. Enter your Mail ID and click Retrieve button. Open Mail Box, Inspect Mail from Trend Micro, once found you can see the link to reset password ***** login to Trend Micro Account
