I have the aspire 7552g with win 10 pro. Yesterday I did a

Hi,
I have the aspire 7552g with win 10 pro.
Yesterday I did a shutdown and when I restarted I could not get p.o.s.t.
I have power, blue led light for power and for battery are on also I can hear the fan...
But no p.o.s.t. Beep, black screen only....
Have removed battery and drAined residual charge, if any...
Then re-installed the battery....still no post or beep ....
On restart this issue does not happen.....only on shutdown.....
Could this be a m/board/bios problem ???....

My suggestion is to see if you can boot up from a CD or a USB, if so. I would suggest a REINSTALL of WINDOWS 10, and to do so as a CLEAN install

If I had to guess if any hardware is failing, I would say it is the hard drive.

Try to boot using a a bootable CD or USB. Again if it boots fine, just do a REinstall of Win10, as a clean install.
