For Online Computer Support, Ask a Computer Technician
Hi, and thank you for asking your question.
The following steps might be a little convoluted, but please carry them out now and let me know:
First, disconnect the power adapter from the laptop.
Next, press the Power button 10 times in a row, at 1-second intervals.
Next, press and HOLD down the Power button for atleast 30 seconds, and then release the button.
Finally, re-connect the power adapter and turn the laptop back on.
Does this make any difference to your issue? Please reply back to me below.
OK; allow me just a couple of minutes, please.
OK; looks like it might be a hardware issue with the laptop itself. Let me open up your question to our other experts now; thank you.
I'll close out this question for you now. Thanks.
