Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. When do you receive windows insider?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10?

Can we do a remote support session, so I can troubleshoot the issue directly on your computer together with you?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you,

It looks like you are not there. Since you are not available, I'm not exactly sure about the issue you have, but let me give general solution first you can try when you are available.

- Click on the Start button (which is the windows logo icon at the bottom left of the computer's screen), then click on Update & security, then Windows Update, then click on Advanced options, then select the option Stop insider builds there.

When you are available, please reply at the box below to continue troubleshooting. Thank you.
