Is this a laptop or desktop computer?

What is the make and model of the computer?

Sir please try the following to eject the disc in your computer CD/DVD drive.

1.Open My computer from desktop or Press windows key + R key on the keyboard which will open file explorer

2.In file explorer you can see CD/DVD drive right click on it and click on eject that will eject the disc

Some slide in drives do not have eject button for those drives you need to do the above.
