I have an MSI Apache laptop with Window 10. Keystrokes

Customer Question

I have an MSI Apache laptop with Window 10. Keystrokes started making a beep, then keyboard stopped responding, both on the laptop and usb keyboard. A day later everything worked fine, then one more day and whole process repeated. I have been running Windows 10 for months with no problem.

The problem seems to be intermittent. The keyboard will work for awhile and then it will manifest again.

Can you try this please :

  1. Press windows logo+U to open the utilities for ease of access.
  2. Scroll down and click "Make the keyboard easier to use"
  3. Uncheck all boxes

let me know if it works for you.

Thank you
