Customer: My T.V. is displaying "No Media Device" on the screen and nothing I do changes it

most likely cause here is that the tv is set to the wrong input channel

there will be a button on the remote or better yet the tv for input

clicking that will give you a few choices.

try each of them till you get back to the one connected to the dish box

you might also check that the dish box is turned on as well.
