Reverted from Win 10 back to Win 7. When computer booted

Customer Question

Reverted from Win 10 back to Win 7. When computer booted back to Win & did not have any input from keyboard or mouse. Have been unable to find a solution. Can read and write to the drive when I connect it to USB port. Cannot get Win 7 to rewrite itself because when you boot the drive you cannot select the operation from the win 7 program disk because of no input from keyboard or mouse. The disk will boot every time just no input from K/B or mouse.
