On e-mail when I go from inbox to read it. It freezes on me every 5 seconds

i have not asked for more money perhaps the website has offered you additional services

its not our program doing anything at all we are not att and we didnt sell you the computer or anything on it. we are a third party website that does nothing but try to help people with existing problems. We charge a reasonable fee for that service
