I request you to do following procedure and revert status
1: Open Programs and Features from Control Panel
2: Find MS office software from list of installed software.
Once found, right click MS office > Click Change
3: Select Repair option, click Continue and complete wizard
This stars repair process and wait it completes..
Reboot computer once done and update status

You know customer has facility to request Phone Call assistance on their Chat window which you might not have noticed it. Also we have Remote Desktop facility where we can access your machine and perform the job while you watch what we are doing. This is what i suggested first but didn't find a reply. I thought you left offline hence i posted the first troubleshooting step which you can carry out by yourself.
