Customer Question

I downloaded Windows 10 and pop-up kept showing I had problem with virus and should call phone # ***** connected to Sach Solutions. I spent a lot of time with them and seemed more interested in selling me service than repairing computer. I now have received a request from UnicornPay to confirm my payment to Sach Solutions. Is Sach Solutions legitimate as says they are representing Microsoft?? thanks.

Hello,

I am the person that will be helping you today.

That sounds like a very common scam out there. If you gave them any of your banking information, I suggest you contact your bank and have them stop any such payment to them. If you wish, I can remote into your system right now and remove the supposed virus.

I will be standing by.

Thank you,
Jason
