Thank you. Please try the following:

Solution #1:

  1. Close all Internet Explorer windows / websites for now.
  2. Open Control Panel. Open Network and Internet, open Internet Options.
    (or press at the same time the two keys Windows and R on the keyboard, then type inetcpl.cpl then click OK.)
  3. Then click on Delete and delete only temporary internet files.
  4. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset.
  5. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.
  6. Then close.
  7. Then check your office server website.

Solution #2:

- If that does not work, please download and install Firefox internet browser at the website below:

http://www.firefox.com/

; keep all default options during installation and import

, then close Internet Explorer

, then open Mozilla Firefox program, and go to your office server website in Firefox program, and see if it works fine in Firefox.

Solution #3:

-If it still does not work, please disconnect the power cord(s) from the Internet modem/router device(s) for a few minutes, then re-connect, then wait a bit, and check.

Solution #4:

- If all fails, please press at the same time the two keys Windows and R on the keyboard, then type rstrui then click OK, then Next, and restore the computer to any date before this issue first occur and check.

- If needed, try Solution #2 again to download and install the Firefox program and use it and check.
