I tried to upgrade my windows 7.0 and I could not. It went on asking me for key, but I never received one except a message to upgrade. I cannot reach Tech support. My phone number is(###) ###-#### ***** also get a message about my windows 7.0 not being genuine. It was upgraded by Dell.
Now I cannot use either windows 7 or 10
