Every time i try to connect to outlook it keeps asking for my user id and password ***** i am guessing the g-mail account, i can go to google then g-mail and see my e-mails but cannot get it to outlook.

2. Then press at the same time the two keys Ctrl and J on the keyboard, then the Downloads window should open.
3. Then there, open / run the item called Elsinore.ScreenConnect.Client and install it. (double-click on it as needed.)
