Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Do you mean you are not able to open any program on your computer?

Was the password *****? Or was there any change recently on your computer that may have caused this issue?

What's the model of your computer?

Can you please confirm your Windows version, such as Windows xp, vista or 7 or 8 or 10?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you.

Thank you. Does it show a name or username at the password ***** login screen?
Is it okay to reset the computer fresh, so you can re-set it up fresh, like brand-new, with a new password ***** want?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you.

No--it does not show a user name. It says to re-set password, but then gives me three tries, and it will not re-set.

Press and hold the power on/off button on the laptop for about 10 seconds, then turn it back on, does it shows windows loading? Or does it ask for the password ***** away within a few seconds?
