Can't get curser to work. I don't have a mouse. Just use touch pad. Been pressing key just above #5...

Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. What's the model of your laptop? Please check at the back/bottom of the laptop for the model of it.

Do you see the touchpad icon on the key F5? And/or do you see the touchpad icon on any other key at the top row of the keyboard?

Do you also see the Fn key? The fn key is located near the bottom left of the keyboard.

Have you tried pressing at the same time the two keys Fn and F5 on the keyboard in order to enable / disable the touchpad?

A week ago or so...had been having to do fnf5 more and more often. Have to go to work can we continue this afternoon?

Can you get a USB mouse to use temporarily?

Do other function keys work, like screen brightness, wireless, mute (volume)?

Can you press at the same time the two keys Windows and R on the keyboard, then type rstrui then click OK, then click on Next, and restore the computer to any date before this issue first occur and check?
