May I ask what you are referring to when you use the word "signal"? I assume you are referring to the video source. The way to fix the video problem is found below.
- Boot into safe mode.
- Hold down the Windows key and the letter R at the same time.
- In the window that comes up, type: desk.cpL
- Click Ok
- Click the settings tab, if you see one. If you don't see one, skip to the step below.
- Change the resolution to a lower resolution and click Ok and choose to Accept the changes.
After that is complete, reboot the computer normally and all should be good. If you still have problems, repeat the instructions above and choose a lower resolution.
