Hi Erma. My name is***** you for your question and the opportunity to assist.

Can you tell me how long it has been since you performed the upgrade to Windows 10?

Expert:  Byron replied 12 months ago.

I will post instruction for you to roll back. I need about 15 minutes.

Expert:  Byron replied 12 months ago.

Sorry for the delay. To roll your computer back to Windows 7 click in the search area and type: settings

Open the Settings search result at the top of the list.

On the Settings page click Update & Security.

From the vertical menu on the left select Recovery.

Under "Go back to Windows 7" click Get Started

You'll be asked why you want to return to Windows 7.

Follow the prompts to roll back Windows 10

If you have any difficulty please let me know. I will connect to your computer and

get this started for you if necessary.

Expert:  Byron replied 12 months ago.

Good morning. I'm hopeful you were able to return to Windows 7 without incident.

As I mentioned earlier, if needed, I'd be more than happy to connect to you remotely

and get this started.
