Are you sure that the card itself was not what was rejected?
Try entering the card information with this in mind:
- you may have to enter the name and address information IN ALL CAPS, LIKE THIS, because the bank itself stores your name and address information in ALL CAPS, all upper-case.
- and when entering the other information, be sure that it must be entered as it is currently stored in the bank's computers.
