In outlook 2010, user say when they open email to try and respond (reply, reply all, forward, etc) the headers to do so are not there..they have to open/close email several times before headers to respond appear..please advise.

Can you close outlook.

then press the windows key + R and type in

outlook.exe /cleanviews

Press enter and tell me if it now looks correct please

you made a mistake in typing it out as it will say this if you do a typo

you have to type it exactly as I specified please, note the space before the /

The command will work when done correctly if you have outlook 2010
