Expert:  Byron replied 1 year ago.

You can get the best browser for Vista here.

I do not want to update either of them. My question was can I start getting fullweight Juno instead of lightweight version? I would
think that should not be hard for you to do. How much world the best browser for Vista cost me?

Thanks, ***** ***** about the lightweight problem? Now that I have fire fox, I should be able to run Juno at full power. Don't you think so? Please help if you can,OK?
Expert:  Byron replied 1 year ago.

Help me understand the lightweight issue. I'm not sure what you mean by that.

Firefox is a full-featured browser that keeps itself updated automatically.

You'll always have the latest version and features.

I got a note from Juno the other day. Let me write just what they said. "You are receiving a lightweight version of the Juno site because the browser you are using is out of date." Thats it, and I think that is why I keep getting the "Juno is not responding notes", and it stops what ever I am trying to do and I have to wait or start over again. I was hoping that from your end you might be able to talk to someone there and get me going again.

OK thanks. Now I'm beginning to understand. Go here:

http://help.juno.com/contact/brand.html?next=http://help.juno.com/support/start/download-index.html

On this page select the download link appropriate for your version of Juno.

Expert:  Byron replied 1 year ago.

You can get a free CD or download it directly.

Expert:  Byron replied 1 year ago.

Let me ask this. When you go to Juno in Firefox, are you getting the lightweight message?

Expert:  Byron replied 1 year ago.

And are you still getting "not responding" when on the site?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I hav not tried it yet because I just downloaded it .
Expert:  Byron replied 1 year ago.

When you use Firefox to go to Juno it will detect you have a modern browser and your issue should be resolved.

Open it up and go to Juno. You can have two browsers open at the same time on your machine.

Hi Gerald. Does using Firefox resolve your issue?

How are things working today, Gerald?
