Hello, my name is ***** ***** I will be assisting you today. I don't know if you have tried this yet, but Google does have an account recovery form you can fill out. It is referenced in the following link:

https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/185834?hl=en&topic=1099586&ctx=topic&rd=1#lost

I don't know if you have 2-step verification enabled, but there is some good information on how to get help in this type of situation.

The following link is also for account recovery. I expect you have already seen this, but here is the link:

http://www.google.com/accounts/recovery

Do you have a computer from which you can access the gmail account? This may help too.
