I loaded the Windows 10 to my desktop computer. I am now unable to connect to the internet. My laptop is wireless and I did not load Windows 10, but I am able to connect to the internet. The desktop is not wireless. I did call AT&T about the problem and nobody can help me. Please, Nora

Do you get any error message when you try connecting to the internet?

Can you see any error messages in Device Manager on the desktop computer?

Have you tried unplugging and reconnecting the network cable from the computer to your modem/router at both ends?
