Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Can you please let me know what "breakup" does for a web page picture?

When did this issue first occur?

Does it happen on a particular website? Or on multiple or all websites?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you.

When I bring up a web page on Facebook, or other pictures on a web pages, about a minute after seeing web pictures it starts being distorted and breaks up into little blocks and jumps around. Also, facebook goes back to desktop automically after a page comes up?

Thank you. Please try the following fix:

  1. Close all Internet Explorer windows / websites for now.
  2. Open Control Panel by type control panel then at the Start screen mode, then click on Control Panel
; (or press at the same time the two keys Windows and R then type control then click OK.)
  3. Open Network and Internet if available; open Internet Options.
  4. Then click on Delete and delete only temporary internet files.
  5. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset.
  6. In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.
  7. Then click on Close.
  8. Then open Internet Explorer and see if web pages work fine now.

If that does not work, please download and install the Firefox browser program at the website below:

http://www.firefox.com/

; keep all default options during installation and import

; then close Internet Explorer

; then open the Mozilla Firefox program, and go to the facebook.com website and any other website in Firefox and see if it works fine in Firefox program.
