Hi. My name is***** you for your question and the opportunity to assist. There may be a way to fix this. Are you able to start the laptop such that you are looking at the login screen? (without logging in)

OK. Please do this. Hold down the power button (about 4 or 5 seconds) until all the lights go out and your can

hear the laptop shut off.

Press the power button again and immediately start tapping the F12 key to launch the startup menu.

Once that loads, do you see the option for HDD Recovery?

If F12 doesn't load the menu, turn the laptop off again.

While holding down the 0 (zero) key start the laptop. Keep holding the key down

until Toshiba recovery manager appears.
