I will be happy to try assisting you. Can you ping the device on the network? I know that it cannot currently be found, but is it getting an IP address at all? This is a vital piece of information, as it will determine the next set of steps.

From the user manual, I see the default IP address for the device is 198.168.1.1. When I ping that address I get 3 reply in the Run window. So looks like it's alive.

How did the unit show up on your network in the past? Did you ahve to map it as a drive letter? Or were you using Iomega software to make the connection?
