Byron: Thanks for getting the pass word. Now it says the MAC address is not right from Roku. How do I change that?

MAC addresses are set in hardware at the factory and can't be changed.

It sounds like your router has been configured to only allow access to certain MAC addresses.

Do you recall it being set up this way?

I had a friend set this up a couple years ago. Now all of a sudden my Roku does not work. So, I am trying to set it up again. Roku says I have the wrong MAC address.

Yep. Your router is blocking it.

You should be able to log in to the router and either add the MAC address: B8:3E59:00:54:29

or turn off the requirement that MACs need to be allowed.
