I have upgraded from windows 8 to windows 10 and can not get apps for Bitdefender to operate on the ne windows. Is there an updated app so that I can continue with Bitdefender as I am on line till 2017.

Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Please try the following fix:

- Right-click on the Start button (which is the Windows logo icon at the bottom left of the computer's screen), then click on Control Panel

, then open System and Security / System, and note if your System type is 32-bit or 64-bit.

, then open Control Panel again, then open Programs / Programs and Features, and note your Bitdefender program type there, such as Bitdefender Antivirus or Bitdefender Internet Security or Bitdefender Total Security etc.

, then there, download and install the uninstall tool there in order to uninstall Bitdefender first
