I'm sorry to hear that. The instructions are quite lengthy. It would take 10 times the amount of time to type out the instructions required for analyzing and resolving this problem. When did the problem begin?
In that case, you can simply restore your computer's configuration to what it was before the problem began.
Please, follow the instructions below to solve your problem:- While pressing the Windows key, press the letter R key.
- In the box that comes up, type: rstrui
- Click Ok
- Choose to Restore to an earlier time > Click Next.- Choose a date at least one week before you started experiencing your problem.- Click NEXT > NEXT > NEXT.- Your computer will restart and your issue will be gone.
