Hello,
I will be the person helping you today.
I can see that you may need a little bit of extra help.
May I ask if you still need help with this problem? If so, may I start a screen sharing session on your computer and help you resolve the problem?
Once the remote session begins, we will be able to communicate via a chat window on your computer.
Thank you,
Jason

I do need help, no one has helped me yet. I am not home right now but could be in about an hour if that works for you.
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 1 year ago.

Thank you. That works for me. When you are ready to begin, please post a message here.

Oh, I didn't realize it was an extra charge. Troubleshooting instructions are fine. I don't have extra money right now.
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 1 year ago.

I'm sorry to hear that. The instructions are quite lengthy. It would take 10 times the amount of time to type out the instructions required for analyzing and resolving this problem. When did the problem begin?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 1 year ago.

In that case, you can simply restore your computer's configuration to what it was before the problem began.

Please, follow the instructions below to solve your problem:
- While pressing the Windows key, press the letter R key.

- In the box that comes up, type: rstrui

- Click Ok

- Choose to Restore to an earlier time > Click Next.
- Choose a date at least one week before you started experiencing your problem.
- Click NEXT > NEXT > NEXT.
- Your computer will restart and your issue will be gone.

I look forward to hearing your feedback concerning whether or not your problem is fixed.

I hope to hear back that all is working. If this is so, please do not forget to rate my help on the top of this page (choose the number of stars and click the Submit button). If it is not, please respond below.

I will be standing by,
Jason

Thank you.

Will that delete any new documents saved since that date?
Expert:  Jason Jones replied 1 year ago.

I am sorry. I thought I answered this question earlier, but it didn't send. No, it will not delete any Documents. It will only touch the system configuration.
