Yes you can enable hibernate on Windows 10 Home / Pro, in both 64bit and 32bit.

You can access the options by press WindowKey+X and select Power Options.

Click on Change plan settings next to the plan you're currently using.

Select Change advanced power settings.

In Power Options scroll down and expand Sleep.

Click on Hibernate after, then enter the minutes you want your PC to hibernate after being idle.

Click OK to save the changes.
