If you dont remember the password, and the password ***** is not available (meaning you didnt set one up) and you DID NOT create a password ***** disc, when you FIRST were in the computer, then your ONLY option is to do it by BOOTING a password ***** program.

.

If you are a NOVICE computer user, you might NOT be able to do this, as the instructions are quite complex, and they require you to have ANOTHER DIFFERENT COMPUTER to create the BOOTABLE disc, from the download.

I might have to advise you to take it BACK to wherever you bought it, and act as if it wonnt work, and get a NEW one...

OR

Take it to a computer shop for password *****

BUT, it is your machine, and you CAN do whatever you like.

My ulitame answer for a NOVICE user would be to try and take it back for a REPLACEMENT. And this TIME....maybe write the password *****
