Is the printer connected to the computer via wireless or via a USB cable Mike?
Please let me know.
Can you connect it to a different USB port on the computer and tell me please if it is now online again and can be printed to.

What's the printer model?
Can you take a test print from printer itself. See if it prints fine
Its confirms whether printer itself is free from any defects
That means printer itself has some sort of issue...
You may also try this option..
Under Scan Menu > Maintenance > Click Print a test page
Check if it prints
Does it shows in printer control panel
Please see troubleshooting steps for paper jam.
If issue persists even after performing troubleshooting it points to printer hardware problem that needs to be serviced.
Another information i would like to share is this printer won't support Windows 10. You would have to rely on latest printer for Windows 10 compatibility
