What was the version of your dragon software and do you have the serial number for it?
We need to be exact with the serial number or we will just need to download versions 1 by 1, check the serial number and use the one it works with. There are lots of versions. Can you try and remember which one was it?

It is used to activation and is located on the activation card. Do you have it?
That is the model number of the computer.
