Upgraded to 10.0. Trouble with computer, U verse technician says I need to downgrade back to original. How do I do that?

Computer did not work at all this morning. Contacted U verse, spoke to Douglas who checked connections. He said many people were having problems with upgrade to 10.0 and that I should contact Microsoft technician to go back to original.

Here are the instructions on how to revert to the previous Windows version after you have upgraded to Windows 10:

1. Click the Windows start button and click on Settings

2. Select Update and Security

3. Click on Recovery

4. Under the "Go back to Windows", click on Get Started and follow the instructions to proceed with the downgrade
