I'm going through a divorce in which my husband is saying I am delusional because if you years ago my laptop got hacked horribly I believed it was him. Here are a couple of lines that showed up on 20 pages that geek squad printed out for me they said there was more but that was far back as they could go I cannot find information online about them. What and what do they do? Here's a couple Files\CONTENT.IE5\LYHCYMHP\SweetPacks_A1[1].exe(PUP.Optional.Conduit.A). Or\APPDATA\Roaming\Desk365\icons\sys_network_48_48_png. (PUP.Optional.Desk365.A. I may have misplaced it but there's two what are they and what do they do

I'm sorry about the issue. Looking at those two items, they are malware programs; those programs usually display ads and sponsored website links on your computer and/or sell you things.

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10?

Can we do a remote support session, so I can remove all these malware for you directly on your computer together with you?

It was a few years back, it was cp 7 or 8 at the I beg to differ but even the few web sights I foud said that but said they could also take over parts of ur comp. if applied directly ??????

No. I know these two malware or adware programs; they cannot take over your computer. Also, some websites do not describe everything correctly. Usually these adware / malware programs got installed on your computer because the user click on bad links or click on ads in email or or when searching for things on the internet.
