I am sorry to know that you are facing problem with your computer sound.
you would lke to stay with windows 10 if sound is fixable and if the sound hardware is not supported then i can roll back to windows 8.1
Let me know when you are ready.
press windows key and S key together then type in device manager and click on the device manager icon to open it, let me know when you are there.
are you in the device manager window?
I am sorry what do you mean by that?
I am sorry about the delay may be there is some tech glich however i am replying you immediately as soon as i get a reply from you.
click on the > mark next to sound video and game controller and let me know what all are listed in it.
right click on the audio driver you will get a dropdown list then left click on update driver.
There is only one way we can decide upon to this situation now.
1. Uninstall all the sound video and game controller entries by removing it one by one, once its removed restart the computer the computer must reinstall the required drivers automatically and if it installs fine and you get sound back then its a good sign and if not then you will have to wait till the drivers are updated and uploded by the manufacturer and wnen its on the internet windows 10 will automatically notify you to install the upgrade driver available.
second option you can always roll back to windows 8.1
