Hello and thank you for your question, I look forward to assisting you today. Is TeamViewer running okay on your computer and just not connecting with the remote computer?
Do you get an error when you try to run it or does it not start at all?
Is there any way to verify you don't have a problem on the remote computer?
I see. You may need to restart your computer, then uninstall and reinstall TeamViewer. If you like, I can try connecting to your remote computer to verify it is working?
Can you give me the user ID and password ***** the remote computer.
Okay, give me a minute please.
Well it looks like your problem is on the other end. It will not accept my connection either.
Possible. If the power dipped and your computer didn't come back up or if you have it connected to a router that is possibly stuck, they will all stop your connection.
How far away is it?
Is it possible to have someone power cycle the computer?
A cold restart. Turn it off with the power button.
The ID and password ***** gave me, is that from your computer or the computer you are trying to connect to?
Okay, is TeamViewer running on your computer now?
I'm thinking TeamViewer is corrupt on your computer. Try completely uninstalling it then install the most recent version and try again.
Giving up for the night?
Okay. Just get back to me when you can and we'll pick it up then.
