Ok let's try a simple reset of the laptop. Please do the following:

  1. Remove the A/C adapter from the laptop.
  2. Flip the laptop over and remove the battery.
  3. Let the laptop sit with no power for two minutes.
  4. Plug the A/C adapter back in, but do not insert the battery.
  5. Turn the laptop on.

let me know the results please

Thank you

Are you able to boot the PC into Safe Mode? If you are able to access Safe Mode remove the graphics driver.

If the problem persists, I'm very sure you have a hardware issue. you need to replace the video card device or replace the monitor

thank you
