1. What is the make and model of the PC?

2.Which is the operating system installed in the PC.Is it windows Xp,Windows Vista, Windows 7, windows 8, Windows 10 or any other

3.Is the volume icon on the system tray which is on the lower right corner of the screen X marked?

all it says on the front is HP compaq, anything on the back I can't read!
